Today, nature was particularly drawn to my attention.
This amazing sunset greeted me as I left work...it just made my day.

Recent memories were also rediscovered when my Dad sent me a
photo of me on the rocks in Cornwall…eating a Cornish Pasty of course! Nothing less...
